Frequently asked questions
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Do I need to be a gym member to work with Ironclad?
No. Ironclad welcomes fitness professionals, active individuals, and their families. You do not need a particular membership or training background.
Does a partnership require members to buy insurance?
No. A community collaboration can focus on content, events, or education. Any individual insurance conversation is voluntary.
Does working out guarantee a lower insurance price?
No. Fitness participation alone does not guarantee a price, eligibility, or approval. The rules depend on the coverage being considered.
Are gym memberships or sports injuries automatically covered?
No. Specific services, benefits, and exclusions must be checked in the applicable policy. Do not assume coverage based on the Ironclad name or audience.
Can I keep my current insurance?
You can ask questions without committing to a change. The purpose of a review is to understand your choices.
What happens when I fill out the partnership form?
It creates a text-message draft for you to review. You decide whether to send it through your own messaging app. The website does not submit or store that message.
